We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and skincare products cannot be returned if opened or used.

💵 Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival, and

  • You provide proof (photo or video) within 24 hours.

Refund Method:

  • If COD was used, refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet transfer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened beauty or skincare products

  • Used items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Fragrances that have been sprayed or opened

🚚 Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will replace the product at no extra cost.

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before shipment.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
